Mostly the same to everyone else. The studio give us a contract jobs, paid at the beginning, then making lot's of excuses for not paying after a few projects later.

But the studio is keep running and searching for another artist. you can read the see the whole picture here [link]

the symbol it self, I don't know. But the studios, is definitely something you better avoid. That's for sure.
